Fort4Fitness is introducing 1 Year, One Healthy Change in 2012. This program encourages people to focus on one thing they can change in their lives in 2012 to take steps toward living a healthier lifestyle.
One of the key elements will be the Learning to Change Mini-Educational Seminars held at 7 pm on the first Tuesday of every month from February to June at the Allen County Public Library. More information is available on the 1 Year, One Healthy Change page of the Fort4Fitness web site.
Fort4Fitness is also partnering with WBOI radio to bring the latest health and wellness information to you on the air and online. From tips on quitting smoking to healthy diet guidelines, if you have an interest in improving your health, 4YOURHEALTH, the Community Wellness initiative of Fort4Fitness, can help you! The show is hosted by Community Wellness Director Marsha Worthington.
