About the Fort4Fitness Seniors Marathon
While Seniors are invited to participate in any of the F4F events, we are proud to feature the Fort Wayne Seniors Marathon as part of the Fort4Fitness Festival.  It
is an incremental walking/running program that has been designed to encourage seniors to exercise and to continue to live a healthy lifestyle that will benefit them for years to come. Participating seniors will walk or run (or some combination of both) a total of 26.2 miles (a full marathon distance) over a designated 16-week period from June through September.
