Fort4Fitness Running Group
» $35.00 registration (must be registered for a Fort4Fitness Fall festival race)
Run with a running coach and train with a group to prepare for the Fort4Fitness Fall Festival! The group will progress over a training period of 13 weeks and will provide all the information and training advice you need for your run or walk, along with motivation in the form of group runs.

Training Includes:
- Kick-Off meeting at Three Rivers Running Company - Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 6 PM
- 13 total weeks / three sessions per week
- Customized weekly training program
- Group led by experienced running coach
- One time discount at Three Rivers Running Company
- Self-defense class for female participants
- Physical therapy for runners talk
- Yoga for runners session
