Bring your bib confirmation email (printed or digital). If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder. If you still do not see a bib confirmation email, please come to the Help Desk located at Packet Pick-up. You may pick up another participant's packet; please have their bib number ready.
If you need to change anything about your race entry, please go to the Help Desk at Packet Pick-up. At Packet Pick-up, you will be issued the size of shirt you registered for. If you'd like a different size, there will be a shirt exchange at Gear Check on SATURDAY.
Gear Check is available for participants wanting to bring personal belongings with them to the race, but do not want to run or walk with them. Belongings should be brought in a clear bag to the TinCaps batting cages inside Parkview Field. The participant bib (received at Packet Pick-Up) will include a Gear Check tear-off that should be attached to the bag turned in to the Gear Check service.
Group Packet Pick-Up
If you have a group of 6 or more, you can pick up your group's packets all at once. Just fill out the Group Packet Pick-Up form, and we will have your group's packets together and ready to go when you arrive.
Race Day Packet Pick-Up
Packet Pick-Up on Saturday morning is only allowed if you have circumstances that prevent you from picking up your race packet on Friday night. - Do not have family or friends in the Fort Wayne area who can pick up my race packet for me
- Will not be in the Fort Wayne area during the normal Packet Pick-Up hours
