Virtual Challenges

Fort4Fitness likes to put on Virtual Challenges in between main events so our participants can keep themselves accountable and stay on track with their fitness goals. These challenges are offered in the online format so you can break a sweat (and earn prizes) from the comfort of your own home!

In the past, we've administered challenges that featured yoga, Barre classes, HIIT classes, stretching, and various at-home workouts that were led by local fitness instructors.

Whether you're an experienced athlete or just starting your fitness journey, virtual challenges can work to fit anyone's ability and schedule.

Our most recent virtual challenge was:

STEP INTO SPRING!

In April 2024, 37 motivated people participated in the “Step into Spring” Virtual Challenge! They committed to walking 13.1 miles, 26.2 miles, or cycling a Metric Century (100 kilometers) throughout the month of April to make the most of the spring season.

Participants kept track of their miles with a printable log, and we were so excited to see the progress they made throughout the month! We love sending out those hard-earned medals!
